Job Title: Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist
Location: Toledo, OH
Dates of Coverage Needed: March 24 31st, with potential weekend coverage from mid-February through mid-May
Coverage Hours Needed: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (plus possible on-call)
Weekend Hours: 8:00 AM 12:30 PM (plus possible on-call)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist to join our team in Toledo, OH. This role offers coverage from March 24th through the 31st, with possible weekend shifts available from mid-February to mid-May. The pharmacist will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective medication use, and supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy department.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Inpatient pharmacy experience required
• Clear and Active Ohio Pharmacy License
• Experience with Order Entry System (TruBridge preferred, but training available)
• Familiarity with Pyxis (or similar automated dispensing systems)

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders and ensure accurate dispensing
• Provide clinical dosing recommendations and monitoring
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed, including weekends
