We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist to provide temporary coverage at a hospital in Toledo, OH. If you have inpatient experience and a commitment to patient care, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact!

Dates & Hours of Coverage Needed

• Primary Coverage: March 24 31st
• Additional Weekend Support: Mid-February through Mid-May (as available)
• Coverage Hours:
• Monday Friday: 7:30am 4pm, plus possible on-call
• Weekends: 8am 12:30pm, plus possible on-call

Responsibilities

• Order verification and processing
• Clinical dosing and monitoring
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations
• Manage and ensure compliance with site automation systems

Requirements

• Licensure: Clear and active Ohio Pharmacist license
• Experience:
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
• TruBridge experience preferred (training provided if needed)
• Familiarity with Pyxis automation systems a plus
