Inpatient Overnight Pharmacist Western North Carolina

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to work overnight shifts at a hospital facility in Western North Carolina. This is a 13-week contract assignment with the potential for extension.

Position Details:

• Location: Western North Carolina

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off

• Shift: 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)

• Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension

Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient pharmacy duties including medication review, verification, and distribution

• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective medication use

• Monitor patient therapies and provide clinical support

• Oversee pharmacy technician workflow during overnight hours

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist License

• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient hospital experience

• Comfortable working independently overnight

• Strong knowledge of hospital systems and inpatient protocols
