Inpatient Pharmacist (13-week contract) 2nd shift (4x10 schedule)

We are seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week contract. The schedule is 4x10 afternoon shifts (4 days a week, 10 hours a day), 40 hours guaranteed. The contract can lead to direct hire, for the right fit!

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring medications are dispensed accurately and safely.
• Providing information to patients, nurses, and other healthcare providers about medications, including side effects, interactions, and dosage.
• Reviewing patient medication orders and ensuring appropriate medication selection and dosing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Pharmacy experience
• Active Michigan Pharmacist license
