Job Details:

• Position Type: 13-week contracted assignment
• Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts (days/evenings/weekends as needed)
• Setting: Inpatient hospital pharmacy

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and dispense medications in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug-related advice to healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: Variable shifts:
• 6:30am - 3:00pm; 7:00am - 3:30pm, 3:00 - 11:30pm, 3:00pm - 12:00am, and possible 11:00pm - 7:00am (only if needed)
• Rotating every other weekend coverage.

Requirements:

• Inpatient hospital experience.
• Strong clinical experience.
• Indiana pharmacy license.
