Inpatient Pharmacist - 4x10 hour shift - Saturday-Tuesday - Carson City, NV

We are currently seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a term assignment extending from ASAP to March. This position offers a 4-day workweek, with 10-hour shifts from Saturday to Tuesday, providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to our healthcare team.

Job Duties:

• Evaluate medication therapy of patients and make recommendations to physicians for optimal patient care.
• Provide drug information to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific factors and perform tasks related to patient's age.
• Supervise Technicians in unit dosage, IV mixtures, and prescription prep/distribution, providing general oversight to pharmacy operations as assigned.
• Responsible for data collection, adverse drug reaction reporting, drug utilization evaluation, quality assurance audits, and inventory control.
