Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EST

RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join a leading healthcare facility in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This role is within the Cardiovascular Department, requiring expertise in managing complex medication therapies for cardiac patients. The position starts as a 13-week contract with potential for permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services for cardiovascular patients, ensuring optimal medication management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient-specific treatment plans.
• Review and verify medication orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hospital protocols.
• Monitor drug efficacy and potential interactions, particularly for cardiovascular and anticoagulant therapies.
• Educate patients and healthcare teams on best practices in cardiovascular pharmacotherapy.

Qualifications:

• OH State Pharmacist license
• Previous Inpatient hospital and Cardiovascular experience is required
