Inpatient Pharmacist - Day Shifts - Christiana, DE

RPh on the go is actively seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in the Christiana, DE area. This position is Monday-Friday, rotating every third weekend.

Overview:

• Participate in Direct Patient Care
• Manage Medication therapies
• Evaluate Drug Efficacy
• Order and Evaluate Laboratory Tests
• Medication History and Counseling

Requirements:

• B.S. in Pharmacy required; Pharm.D degree preferred
• ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred; equivalent experience will be considered (3 years of acute care hospital experience)
• Board certification preferred
• Current licensure in state of Delaware or obtainable before initiation of employment
