Assignment Specifics:

• Part-Time
• Days - 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Duties:

• Assures appropriate selection, dosing, administering, and dispensing of medication orders
• Recommend formulary alternatives when needed
• Compound and dispense medications for accurate delivery to patients
• Oversee technical personnel assisting in in the preparation, maintenance, and dispensing of medications and supplies

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Iowa
• 1+ year inpatient pharmacy experience
