Inpatient Pharmacist, Full Time - Tuba City, AZ

RPh on the Go, is seeking a dedicated and versatile Inpatient Pharmacist who can work in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In this full time role, you will work day shifts across both clinical and outpatient settings, ensuring high-quality medication management for a diverse patient population. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining experience in multiple healthcare environments!

Start Date: ASAP!
Duration: 13 weeks with potential direct hire
Day Shift: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
EMR System: Allscripts
License Requirement: Any state license in good standing

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct patient care for inpatient and outpatient departments

• Performing medication reviews, dispensing, and clinical interventions

• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations

• Supervising pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers

• Managing and optimizing pharmacy-based clinical programs

• Developing high-quality clinical services and policies
  

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school

• Valid, unrestricted pharmacist license (any U.S. state or territory)

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)

• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist

• Minimum one (1) year of Clinical Pharmacist experience

• Fingerprint clearance required before start
