RPh on the Go, a premier staffing agency for pharmacy professionals, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in an inpatient hospital setting. This is a fantastic chance to showcase your clinical expertise and contribute to exceptional patient care.

Position Details

• Type: 13-week contract assignment
• Schedule: Full-time with rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends as needed)
• Setting: Inpatient hospital pharmacy

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and dispense medications accurately, following hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide clinical guidance to healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional pharmacy regulations.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other staff members.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation.

Work Schedule

• Monday Friday: Rotating shifts, including:
  • 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
  • Possible overnight shifts (11:00 PM 7:00 AM, if needed)
• Weekends: Rotating every other weekend coverage

Requirements

• Prior inpatient hospital experience
• Strong clinical pharmacy background
• Active Indiana pharmacist license
