Inpatient Pharmacy Manager 13-Week Contract - New Braunfels, Texas

RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager for a 13-week contract in New Braunfels, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pharmacist with leadership experience to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring optimal patient care and regulatory compliance.

Duration: 13-week contract
Shift:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• On call is required: Monday to Friday: 4:30pm - 8:00am, some weekend on call is required (24 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee staff, including pharmacists and technicians, providing leadership and support.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures to optimize medication safety and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as hospital policies.

Requirements:

• Texas Pharmacist License
• 2+ year of Inpatient experience
• IV Certification - No Chemo on site is done
• 1+ year or more of management experience
