RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager for a 13-week contract in New Braunfels, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pharmacist with leadership experience to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations while ensuring top-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Job Details:

• Duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• On-Call: Monday to Friday (4:30 PM 8:00 AM) & some weekend on-call (24 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Provide leadership and oversight to pharmacists and technicians.
• Develop and implement policies to optimize medication safety and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as hospital policies.

Requirements:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License
• 2+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• IV Certification (No chemotherapy on site)
• 1+ year of pharmacy management experience
