RPh on the Go is actively recruiting a skilled Inpatient Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contracted assignment in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for dedicated pharmacy professionals seeking a dynamic contract opportunity to support inpatient pharmacy operations in a high-volume healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Medication Preparation & Dispensing: Accurately prepare, compound, and dispense medications while adhering to facility policies and state regulations.

Inventory Management: Monitor medication stock levels, assist with restocking, and manage expiration tracking to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.

Clinical Support: Collaborate closely with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care.

Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks and participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of medication safety.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of medication dispensing, inventory adjustments, and other pharmacy activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

OH Pharmacy Technician License

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an inpatient or hospital pharmacy setting.

Strong understanding of medication preparation, sterile compounding, and medication safety protocols.

Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
