Inpatient Pharmacy Technician Chicago IL

Join a hospital pharmacy team as an Inpatient Pharmacy Technician. This role is responsible for critical pharmacy operations, including medication preparation, crash cart stocking, and Omnicell management.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Rotating weekends

Duties:

• Compound and prepare medication batches
• Maintain and organize crash carts
• Perform auto cart fills and manage Omnicell inventory
• Support general inpatient pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois pharmacy technician license
• PTCB certification required
• Previous inpatient hospital experience
• Familiarity with Cerner preferred (training provided)
