Inpatient Staff Pharmacist - Blue Ash, Ohio (One weekend a month)

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inpatient Staff Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire assignment at a reputable healthcare facility in Blue Ash, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, including accurate dispensing of medications.
• Review and interpret physician orders, ensuring appropriate therapy and dosing.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and monitor patient medication therapy.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient counseling, and education.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as hospital policies.
• Monitor and report adverse drug reactions, medication errors, and drug interactions.
• Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to the development of treatment protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all medication-related activities.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Every 4th weekend

Qualifications:

• Clear and active license in the state of Ohio
• 2+ years pharmacist experience
• Inpatient pharmacy experience required
• Wellsky EMR experience preferred
