RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to join a hospital in Vancouver, WA, on an interim basis with potential for permanent hire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pharmacy leader to oversee operations and ensure compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Provide leadership to pharmacy staff, optimizing workflow and patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and storage of pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington Pharmacist license (in good standing).
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Previous PIC or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
