RPh on the Go is actively hiring in Illinois for an Interim Pharmacy Manager in a new retail pharmacy setting!
This is a full-time 8-week assignment with the potential to extend. The Pharmacy Manager will also serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and will be responsible for staffing, operations, and compliance. This is a great opportunity to take the lead in launching a brand-new pharmacy.

Assignment Details:

• Position: Interim Pharmacy Manager (PIC)
• Type: Full-time, 8-week contract (potential to extend)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm
• Setting: Retail pharmacy no mail order prescriptions
• Software: RX30

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
• Oversee and manage pharmacy operations, including staffing and workflow
• Support pharmacy technicians and staff in daily operations
• Ensure accurate and timely prescription processing

Requirements:

• Active and clear IL Pharmacist license
• 2+ years of Pharmacy Manager or PIC experience
• 3+ years of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
