RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a hospital in Vancouver, WA. This interim position offers the potential for permanent hire, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacy leader to oversee operations and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Provide leadership to pharmacy staff, optimizing workflow and patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and storage of pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington Pharmacist license (in good standing).
• Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Previous PIC or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
