Environment: Home Infusion
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

RPH on the go is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician - IV Compounding to join our Home Infusion team in Burr Ridge, IL. This role involves working in a clean room environment, preparing IV antibiotics and solutions for home infusion patients. The ideal candidate will have prior IV compounding experience and a current Illinois pharmacy technician license.

Key Responsibilities:

• IV Compounding: Prepare IV antibiotics and other sterile solutions in a clean room setting, following aseptic technique and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all compounded medications meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Help maintain an organized clean room by managing compounding supplies and restocking as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of infusion medications.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician Experience: Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, particularly in a compounding or infusion setting, is required.
• IV Compounding Skills: Proven experience with IV compounding techniques is essential.
• Illinois Pharmacy Technician License: Must hold a valid and active Illinois pharmacy technician license.
