IV Pharmacist (Inpatient Hospital) - Montclair NJ

RPh on the Go has immediate openings in Montclair NJ. We are seeking a licensed pharmacist with strong hands-on sterile compounding experience and a solid understanding of USP <797>/<800> guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dedicated pharmacy team in a cleanroom setting.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: May 2025
• Duration: 13+ weeks
• Shift: Days 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Includes weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, check, and verify sterile IV medications in compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards
• Maintain and operate within a sterile cleanroom environment
• Support the pharmacy team by ensuring accuracy and safety of compounded medications
• Perform quality assurance and assist with inspection readiness
• Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Pharmacist License (in good standing)
• Recent and relevant IV preparation and verification experience
• In-depth knowledge of USP <797> and <800> compliance standards
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting
