IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician Long-Term Care (2nd Shift)
Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Position Type: Full-Time, 13+ Week Assignment (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join a well-established Long-Term Care Pharmacy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for patient care and a strong background in IV compounding. You ll work closely with the IV Manager to ensure smooth operations in the Infusion department, all while maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound IV medications in a sterile environment
• Accurately calculate medication dosages and follow all necessary sterile techniques
• Assist with the daily operational tasks within the Infusion department, ensuring compliance with policies and state/federal regulations

Shift Details:

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
• Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend

Job Terms:

• Duration: 13+ Weeks with potential for permanent placement

Required Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (in good standing)
• PTCB Certification required
• A minimum of 2 years of IV Sterile Compounding experience
• Previous experience in a hospital or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is essential
