Urgent Opening for a Hospital Pharmacist that is available to work near Independence, Kansas.   This client is searching for a pharmacist that is available to work a full-time, contract assignment,   

Job Duties: Order verify, charging, clinical chart reviews, renal dosing, antibiotic monitoring, reviewing reports, and patient medication education. 

Shift: Monday - Friday: 7:30am to 5pm; Weekends: 7:30am -12pm onsite, after hours oncall. 

Required: 

• IV Prep
• Inpatient experience
• ER, surgery, OB and outpatient infusion. 
• Kansas State Pharmacist license.
