Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed medications.
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and suitability.
• Label medications with detailed administration instructions.
• Monitor for medication errors and adverse reactions, taking preventive actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for medication storage, handling, and dispensing.
• Maintain documentation, including medication records, controlled substances logs, and patient profiles.

Requirements:

• Active Kentucky Pharmacist License
• 1+ Years Recent Pharmacy Experience
