Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that pharmacy operations meet all local, state, and federal regulations, while upholding accreditation standards.
• Collaborative Patient Care: Partner with healthcare teams to establish and execute medication therapy management programs that improve patient well-being.
• Oversee Medication Management: Supervise the accurate ordering, storage, and distribution of medications, ensuring optimal inventory control.
• Optimize Pharmacy Processes: Identify areas for improvement in workflow efficiency, ensuring enhanced patient safety and quality of service.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Licensing: Valid Wisconsin pharmacy license in good standing.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy management with a proven track record of leadership and operational expertise.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
