Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that pharmacy operations meet all local, state, and federal regulations, while upholding accreditation standards.
- Collaborative Patient Care: Partner with healthcare teams to establish and execute medication therapy management programs that improve patient well-being.
- Oversee Medication Management: Supervise the accurate ordering, storage, and distribution of medications, ensuring optimal inventory control.
- Optimize Pharmacy Processes: Identify areas for improvement in workflow efficiency, ensuring enhanced patient safety and quality of service.
- Support and Resolve Staff Concerns: Provide expert guidance to the pharmacy team on medication-related issues and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Licensing: Valid Wisconsin pharmacy license in good standing.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy management with a proven track record of leadership and operational expertise.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
