Long-Term Care Pharmacist [7 on-7 off Days]

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a long-term care facility in Portland, Maine. This position operates on a 7 on, 7 off schedule, covering shifts from 7am to 9pm. The ideal candidate will have solid pharmacy experience and be comfortable working in a high-volume LTC setting. Maine licensure is required, and LTC experience is a plus.

Position Details:
Location: Portland, ME
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Long Term Care
Schedule: Full-time, 7 on / 7 off
Shifts: Sunday Saturday, 7:00am 9:00pm
Duration: 13 Weeks temp-to-perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense prescription medications
• Provide clinical consultation on medications, side effects, and interactions
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Maintain and monitor inventory and pharmacy records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

• Pharmacist experience
• Long Term Care experience a plus
• Active and clear Maine Pharmacist license
