Long Term Care Pharmacist needed

RPh on the go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist with a Long Term Care background to assist a facility for a 2 month assignment. Located in Chatham IL. We are looking for someone with "FrameWork" experience, and the ability to preform the duties of a Pharmacist in a long term care environment.

Duties:

• Check new orders, do refilling, and check processed orders
• Input prescriptions into the computer system
• Converse with doctors and nurses about availability of medications
• Answer phones calls and take stock of the pharmacy
• Analyze and prepare medications considering supplements taken by patients
• Offer consultation services and specialized medications as required
• Provide mail-order services as needed
• Ensure quick refilling and dispensing of medications

Requirements:

• Must have experience with Framework 
• IL clean and clear license 
• Ability to stand/walk throughout the majority of the shift
• Completion of preemployment and/or random drug screening
