RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and professional Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract-to-hire position at a respected Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Job Details:

• Position: Staff Pharmacist
• Location: Lancaster, PA
• Duration: 13-week contract-to-hire
• Setting: Long Term Care Facility
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews to ensure safety and efficacy for LTC patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of all pharmaceuticals.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all standards.

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 9:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Sunday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements:

• LTC Experience a plus
• A year of pharmacy experience min
• PA clear and active license
