Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Work Setting: Long-Term Care Facility

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to manage the final review of medication orders in a long-term care environment for a 13-week assignment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to patient care while enjoying a consistent mid-shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Perform final review and verification of medication orders in the pharmacy
• Ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active and clear Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
• Recent experience in pharmacy practice, preferably in a similar setting
