Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist Mid Shift - Spokane, Washington

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at a Long Term Care facility in Spokane, Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about providing exceptional care to a vulnerable population. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and is committed to improving patient outcomes in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe and effective distribution of medications to residents within the facility.
• Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Monitor patient medication therapies, providing clinical advice and recommendations.
• Work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 11:00am - 7:30pm
• Possible rotating weekends

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• WA Pharmacy license.
