We are seeking a skilled Long-Term Care Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment with potential for direct hire in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a Monday-Friday mid-shift opportunity within a fast-paced long-term care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cycle filling to ensure medication orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Perform detailed product verification to maintain the highest standards of medication safety.
• Provide oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacy License.
• Prior experience working in pharmacy, with a focus on retail and long-term care settings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
