Now Hiring: Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician 2nd Shift

Location: On-site | Plymouth, MI | Full-Time

Are you detail-oriented and ready to be a key part of pharmacy operations? We re looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-paced, closed-door pharmacy team. You ll operate cutting-edge Paxit packaging equipment, fulfill bulk prescriptions, and ensure medications are accurately staged and ready for delivery to patients who depend on us.

Shift Details:

2nd Shift Options: 2:00 10:30 PM | 3:00 11:30 PM | 4:00 PM 12:30 AM
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotating holidays and weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing systems

• Set up packaging lots and manage inventory workflow

• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized

• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas

• Resolve equipment and order issues efficiently

• Use Paxit Manager and Framework systems for tracking and documentation

• Conduct audits, label checks, and scan verifications

• Stage prescriptions with accurate labeling and order preparation

• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and owes resolution

• Communicate delays or inventory needs with supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee with the State Board of Pharmacy

Preferred Skills:

• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with pharmacy software

• Familiarity with medical terminology and medication names

• Accurate math and dosage calculation skills

• Experience in a long-term care pharmacy setting is a plus, but not required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
