Position: Staff Pharmacist - Day Shifts (9:00 AM - 7:30 PM), 4 Days/Week 19-Week Contract

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team in a Long-Term Care (LTC) mail-order pharmacy setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and dispense medications for LTC residents in a timely and accurate manner.

• Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care and consult with healthcare providers regarding medication therapy.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy standards.

• Assist with medication order management and medication therapy management (MTM).

What We're Looking For:

• Previous pharmacy experience is required.

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings is preferred but not mandatory.

• An active Virginia Pharmacy License is essential to apply for this role.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
