Pharmacist Manager Long-Term Care Facility
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (13+ Weeks)

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join a respected long-term care pharmacy team in Camp Hill, PA. This temp-to-hire position provides an excellent chance to make a lasting impact while working in a patient-centered environment. After a 13+ week contract, the opportunity exists for permanent placement.

Position Overview:

• Working Hours:
  Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
  Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (on-call every other weekend)

• Schedule: Four days per week, with one weekday off

• On-Call: Weekend coverage required every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility

• Lead pharmacy staff and provide mentorship to ensure best practices and quality care

• Ensure compliance with both state and federal pharmacy regulations

• Oversee medication inventory, ensuring the proper handling and storage of pharmaceuticals

• Work closely with healthcare providers to meet patient needs and ensure proper medication management

• Foster a supportive, collaborative team environment with effective communication

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy is preferred

• Familiarity with QS/1 Primecare is a plus, although we are willing to train a candidate with the right interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
