Are you an experienced pharmacist looking to make a difference in patient care with a predictable schedule? We're looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order Pharmacy team. This position offers the perfect balance of professional fulfillment and personal time. You ll play a key role in delivering medications accurately and providing essential consultations to healthcare providers, all while enjoying a structured work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, reviewing and dispensing medications for Long-Term Care residents.

• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication therapy for patients.

• Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy in all pharmacy operations.

• Support the efficient management of medication orders and enhance overall patient care.

What We re Looking For:

• Previous pharmacy experience is required.

• LTC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• An active Virginia Pharmacy License is required.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must!
