Position: LTC Pharmacist
Location: Ventura, CA
Shift: Mid Shift (12pm - 8:30pm), Monday - Friday, Saturday (9am - 5:30pm)
Duration: 10 weeks with a chance for direct hire
Environment: LTC Mail Order
Responsibilities:
As an LTC Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, reviewing medication orders, providing drug information, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations in a long-term care mail-order environment. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience is a plus.
• Active California pharmacy license.
