Position: Pharmacy Technician 2nd Shift (2:00 PM 10:30 PM)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Start Date: Immediate (subject to compliance)
Duration: 13+ weeks with potential for extension based on performance
Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with rotating weekend shifts

About the Role:
Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician on the 2nd shift in a fast-paced, high-volume environment! This is a fantastic opportunity for both new graduates and experienced pharmacy professionals to gain valuable experience. With ongoing training and support, you ll be equipped to excel in our proprietary "Paxit" system and take on various key tasks within the pharmacy.

We re looking for reliable individuals eager to jump in, learn, and grow. Whether you're new to the field or looking to enhance your skills, this role will provide hands-on experience and a supportive work environment.

What You ll Do:

• Process and fulfill prescription orders quickly and accurately
• Work with the proprietary "Paxit" system (training provided)
• Assist with the daily operations of the pharmacy, contributing to a smooth workflow
• Ensure attention to detail while managing high prescription volumes

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (in good standing)
• PTCB certification is a bonus, but not required
• Prior pharmacy experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Open to new graduates with strong potential and a positive attitude
• LTC or retail pharmacy experience is a plus
• Reliability and punctuality are critical
