Pharmacy Technician 2nd Shift Fulfillment

Location: Plymouth, MI (On-site)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday | Rotating Holidays & Weekends

Looking to grow your pharmacy career in a high-tech, high-impact environment? Join our dedicated fulfillment team where precision meets purpose. We're hiring a 2nd Shift Pharmacy Technician to help power our medication packaging and delivery operations using advanced automation systems.

As a vital part of the pharmacy workflow, you ll handle prescription fulfillment, staging, and quality checks making sure each package is ready to get into the hands of those who need it most.

What You ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor Paxit automated packaging and dispensing machines

  • Prepare packaging lots and manage inventory flows

  • Keep workstations and equipment clean, orderly, and stocked

  • Identify and resolve equipment or workflow issues quickly

  • Use pharmacy software (Paxit Manager, Framework) to track and update orders

  • Conduct accuracy checks on packaging, labeling, and scanned items

  • Tote and stage prescriptions for shipment

  • Assist with bulk order dispensing, labeling, and processing owed medications

  • Report any supply shortages or fulfillment delays to leadership

Shift Options:

Choose a consistent 2nd shift that works for you:

  • 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

  • 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

  • 4:00 PM 12:30 AM
    This role includes rotating holidays and occasional weekends as part of the schedule.

What You ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee (per Michigan State Board of Pharmacy)

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced, tech-driven environments

  • Basic knowledge of medications and pharmacy procedures

  • Solid computer skills and the ability to learn pharmacy software

  • Previous experience in a long-term care pharmacy is a plus, but not required
