Schedule: Monday Friday
Shift Options: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM, or 4:00 PM 12:30 AM
Includes rotating weekends and holidays

About the Role:
We re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our fulfillment operations at our Plymouth, MI facility. In this role, you ll operate advanced packaging systems, prepare and label prescriptions, and help ensure our customers receive their medications safely and on time. What You ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor automated Paxit packaging and dispensing systems

  • Set up production batches and manage medication stock levels

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize delays

  • Use pharmacy systems (such as Paxit Manager and Framework) to manage workflows

  • Perform audits, scan verification, and short-fill checks for accuracy

  • Assist in bulk prescription filling, labeling, and processing owed medications

  • Accurately label and stage completed orders for delivery

  • Communicate inventory needs and workflow updates to team leads

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Registered as a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee with the State Board of Pharmacy

  • Strong computer skills and comfort using pharmacy-related technology

  • Understanding of drug names, strengths, and common medical terminology

  • Accuracy with numbers and calculations

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working in a long-term care or high-volume pharmacy is a plus (not required)

  • Experience with fulfillment operations or automated dispensing systems preferred
