Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist Location: Chatham, IL

Position Type: Direct Hire

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Are you a dedicated pharmacist looking to make a difference in the lives of long-term care patients? We have an exciting opportunity for a Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist in Chatham, IL. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our patients and maintaining a well-stocked pharmacy inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and balance the pharmacy inventory to ensure maximum turnover while keeping essential medications in stock for customer needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist.
• Clean and valid Illinois pharmacy license.
• Proficiency with Framework software.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the majority of your shift.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test.
