Exciting Opportunity: Staff Pharmacist 2nd Shift (12:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Contract: 12 Weeks, Potential for Direct Hire
Location: Louisville, KY | Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift (12:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (12-hour shift preferred; alternative 6, 8, or 10-hour shifts available)

What We re Looking For:
We re seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a rewarding 12-week contract, with a chance for direct hire at the end. This is a great opportunity to contribute to patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment while enjoying a consistent second shift schedule. If you have experience with LTC settings, or if you re familiar with DocuTrack/Frameworks, we d love to talk to you!

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a pharmacist.
• Previous LTC experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with DocuTrack/Frameworks is a plus.
• Must hold an active Kentucky pharmacy license.
