Work Setting:

• Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order Pharmacy

Shift Details:

• Monday through Friday
• Mid Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Evening shift 2:30pm to 11pm

What We re Looking For:

• Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is a plus
• Must have a valid Indiana State Pharmacist License
