Pharmacist (Evening Shift) 12-Week Contract with Opportunity for Permanent Placement

Location: Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order Pharmacy
Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM 11:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions
• Provide expert consultation and support to healthcare providers and patients
• Monitor and ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulations
• Maintain a detailed understanding of patient medication histories and therapy plans
• Work with a team to improve medication safety and overall patient care

What We re Looking For:

• Current and valid Indiana Pharmacist License
• Prior experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
