Job Description:
As a Mid Shift Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing medication dispensing, patient counseling, and ensuring safe and effective medication management during the mid shift. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive optimal pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescribed medications and ensure their proper preparation, labeling, and storage.
• Provide accurate medication counseling and guidance to patients.
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor patient profiles for potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels of medications.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Qualifications:

• Clear and active pharmacist license in Colorado
• Recent pharmacy experience
