Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medication to long-term care patients
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Review patient medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Maintain proper storage and handling of medications
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure quality of work

Shift:

• Mid Shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Full-time position
• Rotating weekends may be required

Qualifications:

• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Indiana pharmacist license.
