Mid Shift Staff Pharmacist - Indianapolis, Indiana

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and professional Staff Pharmacist to join a reputable Long Term Care Pharmacy in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and effective dispensing of medications for long-term care residents
• Review, interpret, and verify medication orders
• Provide accurate information to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication usage and potential drug interactions
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal pharmacy policies
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient operations
• Participate in quality control activities and improve pharmacy processes as needed
• Maintain up-to-date patient records, documenting interactions and interventions as required

Shift:

• Mid Shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Full-time position
• Rotating weekends may be required

Qualifications:

• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Indiana pharmacist license.
