RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team for a Long Term Care facility in Spokane, Washington. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, interpret, and dispense prescribed medications to patients in a Long Term Care setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery of medications.
• Conduct medication regimen reviews to monitor for drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication use and side effects.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 11:00am - 7:30pm
• Possible rotating weekends

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience a plus.
• WA Pharmacy license.
