Job Posting: Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist Winamac, IN (Direct Hire)

RPh on the Go is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist in Winamac, Indiana. This is a direct hire opportunity at a 25-bed critical access hospital. We are looking for dedicated pharmacists who want to make a difference in patient care.

Position Details:

• Location: Winamac, IN
• Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time (30 hours/week)
• Schedule: Weekend rotation required, on-call duty after full training
• Additional Duties: May cover in outpatient pharmacy as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill medication orders
• Verify technician-prepared products before release
• Maintain the security of the pharmacy and controlled substances
• Enter orders and patient information accurately
• Assist in training new staff members
• Update the Pharmacy Director on daily activities and help maintain the pharmacy

Required Skills:

• No experience necessary; new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
• Accuracy and timeliness in performing tasks
• Experience with computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems

Licensure and Certifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
• Current Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing
