New York Pharmacy Technician Albany

RPh on the Go has an Urgent opening for a Pharmacy Technician that has experience working with sterile compounding medication.   This is a contract assignment that is expected to last up to 13+ weeks,   Hours are great Monday to Friday 8-430pm

Duties: Prepare medication orders by compounding or admixing medications under the supervision of a physician. Checks all orders for completeness of the information.
-Verifies patient information and proper physician authorization.
-Checks all orders for insurance approval before admixing.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a pharmacy with I.V. skills. Oncology background preferred or extensive I.V. preparation experience. I.V. certification preferred

Offering: Medical Benefits and Weekly Pay 
Hourly Rate 20-25
