RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled IV Pharmacist for a contract position within our esteemed inpatient hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is exclusively dedicated to IV pharmacy services and demands expertise in sterile compounding and inpatient pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities:

• IV Pharmacy Specialization: Focus primarily on IV pharmacy operations, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of intravenous medications for inpatient use.
• Patient-Centric Care: Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimized pharmaceutical care, addressing patient needs and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy in IV medication delivery.
• Adherence to Protocols: Strictly follow sterile compounding protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain aseptic conditions and minimize the risk of contamination.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Pharm.D or B.S. Pharm with Equivalent Experience
• Active and Clear Licensure in Delaware (DE)
• 1+ years of Hospital Pharmacy Experience
• Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is advantageous, especially in IV pharmacy operations.
